Lions in Kruger

Tuesday, July 15, 2014

We left Cape Town at 6:00am flying to Jo'burg where we rented a car.  It tok us some 6 hours to drive through the highveld and the then down to the lowveld and into Kruger National Park.  Kruger is a true treasure of South Africa -- it's a large, well-run National Park with magnificent weildlife and beautiful expansive vistas.  To top off the day we took a night drive were where we saw lions and leopards.
